Shipping & Delivery

Graduation products will be distributed at school on Grad Products Distribution Day (approx. March-April). You will be notified in advance by email and phone call regarding the exact day.

Average class ring delivery time is approximately eight to ten weeks. Class Rings are scheduled for delivered once complete balance is paid in full.


Return Policy

Orders placed before Jan. 31, 2024: Requests for cancellation or refund for cap/gown, class ring, or grad product orders must be submitted in writing ON OR BEFORE 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.

Orders placed from Feb. 1, 2024 – June 12, 2024: NO cancellations or refunds for cap/gown, class ring, or grad product orders submitted between Feb. 1, 2024 – June 10, 2024.
