Shipping

Shipping for orders will begin January 6th and may vary based on programs chosen by your school.

You will receive an order confirmation email with all of the relevant details of your order. Please contact customer service immediately if your shipping address needs to be corrected. It’s important to identify errors before shipping. You may use our “Contact Us” page or email us directly at: [email protected].

We use USPS for all of our shipping.

If your order was placed during the Fall Early Bird Pricing period, items will begin shipping to the shipping address provided beginning January 6th in order of orders received. The email address provided at checkout will receive an email from [email protected] with tracking details once the shipping label is created.

Announcements and stationery products will begin shipping April 2025 to orders placed between August and February. Orders placed after March 1st will begin shipping after your school’s large group order has already shipped (orders placed before February). The group order was placed during our early bird pricing from August thru end of January, and must ship before your individual order can be processed. All orders placed after February are subject to product availability, we will contact you if they are no longer available.

The email address provided by you will receive an email with tracking information for USPS. Please make sure that you have received our emails.

Shipping Cost Based on Order Value

Your shipping rate varies based on the total order value (subtotal before sales tax) of the products you order. For example, if you order a Senior Package ($65) and one Senior Pride Portfolio ($28) the total order value is: $93 (Shipping Rate = $12.95). Please note that products may ship and arrive separately based on the varying manufacturing times.
