Shipping for orders will begin January 2027 and may vary based on the programs and products selected by your school.
You will receive an order confirmation email with all relevant details of your order, including the shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information, especially your shipping address, needs to be corrected.
Please note: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. We strongly encourage you to verify your address before placing your order to help prevent shipping delays or delivery issues.
If you need to make a correction, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to assist with address corrections before your order ships; however, once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Cap & Gown and Grad Package Orders
If your order was placed during our Fall Early Bird Pricing period, items will begin shipping in January to the shipping address provided at checkout. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received.
Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your USPS tracking information.
Announcements & Stationery
Announcements and stationery products for orders placed between August and December will begin shipping in early Spring 2027.
Orders placed after January 1st will begin shipping after your school’s large group order has been processed and shipped. School group orders placed during our Early Bird Pricing period must be completed first before individual orders can be processed.
Orders placed after February 1st are subject to product availability. If an item is no longer available, we will contact you directly.
The email address provided at checkout will receive your shipping confirmation and USPS tracking information. Please make sure you are checking your inbox, spam, and junk folders so you don’t miss important updates about your order.
Your shipping rate varies based on the total order value (subtotal before sales tax) of the products you order. For example, if you order a Senior Package ($65) and one Senior Pride Portfolio ($28) the total order value is: $93 (Shipping Rate = $10.95). Please note that products may ship and arrive separately based on the varying manufacturing times.
